The Law Office of James T. Fletcher

I've never had an issue with getting hold of Mr Fletcher or his assistant. Both return calls in a timely matter. Mr Fletcher is easy to speak with, explains in terms My husband and I can understand. Office is calm atmosphere, and after speaking to,At Least, 10 other attorney's before I choose this office, willing to help us defend our case. To many people get bullied into paying excessive amounts of money to slumlords or others who have money to nickle and dime poor people to give up rights. When you find an attorney that has a conscious, See's you've done everything possible to do the next right thing. Keep in mind to give them the same respect and understand your not the only client, and he treats everyone equally

I disagree with the review about not returning calls. Maybe that person has no patience. I did have to leave a voicemail once but they returned my call the same day. They even scheduled two appointments for me at the last minute. He was a very nice man when I met with him and explained my options. He could have easily taken advantage of my complex situation but he didn't. He told me exactly what my options would be and advised me on what he would do if he were in my situation. Due to his advice I was able to move forward and take the necessary steps I needed to.

I would never recommend this attorney. He does not return phone calls, he has delayed a probate case that should have been completed in six months and has drawn on for over two years. There is no communication with his office and his lack of detail or concern is very alarming. My concern is that his senior clients, including my elder aunt are being treated as irrelevant victims. He advertises that he specializes in elder care but his actions or lack of them speak otherwise. We first hired this attorney for a simple probate case In May 2018.

Mr. Fletcher always showed up for me in more ways then just showing up to court he really did fight for me he really did work with me regarding my case. He is an awesome attorney and I'm so glad i chose him, I have had a lot of experience with many lawyers and I can say most lawyers care about getting paid and doing the least amount of work, with mr fletcher it was the total opposite, he really did care about what worked for me and what I was going through I literally saw him show up every month for me in court pleading with the DA regarding my case and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome . I was at their mercy and he did everything in his power to help me . His assistant even gave me a ride home which was not even close to court this office and mr fletcher know how to treat human beings I will never forget the compassion his office showed me in such a vulnerable time for me. Thank you all. I am forever grateful

It has advertised its phone number but when it is dialed, you get a message that it's not in service and for help, dial 611, but then you get another dead-end message. Is it a real law office or something else? The head honcho is a native of Australia.
