CAUTION!!!!! Do not use them!!! Yes I must admit I have a complex multi vehicle accident in New Mexico. However I have it on dash cam. They miss handled EVERY aspect from my injuries to what to do with my truck. Everything. Then after 6 months of no calls or any help at all they withdraw from the case. I honestly only hired them bc of the radio commercials. Well that's what I get!!! It was a breath of fresh air when they withdrew. I would take EXTREME caution and do research on them before waiting your time.

I would not recommend Witheright Law Group based on my experience. At first, they seemed to take my case seriously after I was hit by an 18-wheeler and began treatment for my injuries. Over time, communication became poor and inconsistent. I eventually learned -- not from my lawyer, but from my physical therapist -- that they were no longer handling my case. I spent two weeks calling for confirmation before they finally admitted they had dropped my case without informing me directly. To make matters worse, I was told by a doctor they recommended that they would no longer help because my insurers were "not profitable enough." This left me injured, without legal support, and extremely disappointed in their professionalism and client care. I NEVER REACHED OUT REQUESTING TO BE RE-REPRESENTED. I received a call and email from Lawyer Antony Cherian on 8/11/25 asking if he could make things right and Continue working my case. I accepted. They then asked if I would take down the review and I told them I would if the client service improves. And now seeing this response to my initial review just confirms the lack of communication and consistency within their firm. Amy's response to this review is the 1st time I'm seeing that after the conversation I just had with Antony, we are here once again. I am being informed by a review that they have decided once again to not take my case. Despite what Amy is saying in her response to my review. I have yet to receive my client file. And I have not heard back from their withdrawal team since their decision not to work my case. Would not recommend.
