EJ (my attorney) and Iyana (his assistant) have been nothing less than great to me during my trial for a couple of cases consisting of a DWI and Possession of a Controlled Substance. They were able to get me a 2 year probation since it was my first ever offense, and even when I screwed up and violated my probation, they were able to reinstate me into the program once again with a small 4-day sanction in county jail. I've since been sober from alcohol/drugs and can genuinely say I'm on my way to being rehabilitated. With less than a year left on probation, I'm able to reflect back on my prior mistakes and simply nod and laugh at it a bit as I've come a long way. Everyone makes mistakes, and everyone deserves a second chance. With that said, they were also able to provide my upcoming employer a one-page summary explaining the conditions of my non-violent / non-fraud crimes to help validate to the company I'm applying for that I am indeed not a threat to the workplace and currently under supervised probation. If you're in a similar case like mine, I would strongly consider giving The Medlin Law Firm a shot to win your services. They know what they're doing and actually care about their reputation. Again, proof is in the pudding. Let my experience and story be the judge. If you plan on going out and going crazy, just Uber y'all. All the court dates/fees, plus ignition interlock/probation fees + courses you have to take is not worth the time. Let alone the possibility of injuring or even taking someone's life, all for a crazy night out? Not saying don't have fun, but do it in moderation and take proper precautions. God bless and stay safe out there.
