Law Office of James M. Stanley

I have used Mr Stanley on a few occasions,and never been disappointed.I am very fond of Dianna,Angela and others that work there with him.I meet Attorney James Stanley through my Mother in law.And I have cherished him as a friend and very good Lawyer since.Its been about 38 years now since I first meet him.He like family,a very nice and carrying man.If I meeda Lawyer I know I need The Law office of James Stanley on my side.

I have never had a high opinion of attorneys. I have felt they are in it for the money with no concern for the client. Janes Stanley, Angela and Dianna, are so caring, they went above and beyond, putting my intrest first. Not to mention, they made me feel like family. Will definitely be referring this firm.

The Law Office of James M. Stanley -- what can I say? We lost my aunt and my cousin in a terrible accident. I cannot begin to describe the professionalism of Jim, Angela and the entire crew in dealing with this tragic situation. Not only did Jim provide sound legal advice which inured to the benefit of all parties, he also was compassionate and gracious. Angela Braymer is an exceptional paraprofessional and was with us during the entire process. Angela answered our questions and held our hands 24/7. Both are best in class and I would highly recommend the Law Office of James M. Stanley.

This law office deserves zero stars, Maria Fernandez in particular. I would send her my bills and then months later she would ask me to send her the same bills. She had told me Medstar would not negotiate the bill with them. Fast forward to time to settle my case I was told my bills had been negotiated for a lower price. I specifically asked Maria did that include Medstar, and she said yes. About a week after i received my payment of barely $2000 Medstar put a derogatory mark on my credit for right at $2000. I called and spoke with Maria and she said that wasnt included I needed to pay it on my own. Now fast forward to today and I get another derogatory mark on my credit for an imaging bill from this same accident. This time for $1500. There is no way I would've settled for something that would leave me with $3500 worth of debt. I don't know what bills they paid if its all on my credit report. If there was a way to sue this law office I would, but I'm sure there is a board I can report them to for their unethical practices. I have each email corospondance I made with lying Maria Fernandez. I don't have a law degree but I could've done better than this. She made sure they received their $4166.67.

They did excellent job in my wife pass away in a traffic accident. They handle everything we just no have idea how to stare. With this case until they come our way and we sigh contract is 9 years a go to day is my wife 9 years ago since the tragic accident happen n vin-ton la
