Can be friendly and considerate at the start but then eventually shrugs the client(s) off. Myself ,and others attached to the estate, have attempted to contact the office since March(min once a month, max once a week) for an update on our family estate and can't even get a call back. Looking forward to the day this is over and will no longer need to deal with this office. Regrettably, we are too far along to try to change attorneys. **Update 4 months after my previous review** Everything has been and STILL IS, "next week" or "yeah - yeah I'm working on it call me in a few days" and then the excuses to cover the NOTHING that was done in those few days. Keeps horrible hours, can't ahold of him before 10 or 11 am and SOMETIMES I'm lucky if I can get him after 2:30 or 3 pm because he's already left the office for the day. Then there's the hour an a half lunches too!! Already have a grievance in process with the Texas Bar association... Nothing more I can do but warn others....
