Going with Marc whitehead and associates was the best decision I made. There was a whole team working on my case that included Erin svetlik, Erica Wilson, Lupe Acevedo, Crystal Perez, and Kimberly Warren. They took care of literally everything, I think I went in once to give a signature and it was really only because I'm bad with technology(which they were also amazingly patient with). My team did an amazing job keeping me updated with an app, texts and even phone calls! They were completely professional, kind, and patient with me through the entire process.I originally applied myself for 2 years before and was told I had to re apply and these wonderful attorneys even got me the back pay credit for that! I should've gone with them from the start so learn from my mistakes!

Never recieved an email nor a call back from sandra about my va disability for over a year. ive called twice, one time I didnt leave a voicemail, but no one picked up and the other no one picked up the phone and I left a voicemail with my name and phone number and I did not get a call back. I left an email today in hopes that I will get some sort of response. Even if you all had a high volume of work to do, a year is more than enough to give me a quick call and details on what will happen. The only info I got was that it was active from someone (Not Sandra) who works there and they were unable to give me anyother information.

have never had to have an attorney before, but was very upset after the long-term disability insurance I paid the max on every year just in case of exactly what happened with my health, denied me. Marc Whitehead's office has worked tirelessly for 4 years so far with me. There is no way I could have gotten anywhere on my own with the long-term disability company, which is a shame, and I feel for anybody who needs it.
