They wanted to charge me $270 for a speeding ticket, then it came down to 160. I usually pay $60 so I asked why so much. They went to get the manager when I didn't ask for a manager. Then a lady came over and in an extremely rude tone and facial expression asked "how may I help you sir?". I simply asked why so much, that's it. I let her know she was rude and she looked around as to get confirmation from her staff that she wasn't. Incredibly unprofessional and rude person. She walked away after that and I told another staff member that it was fine and I'd pay the $160. Then she left and came back saying they weren't going to help me. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Mr. Rudy Perez has been a wonderful help to my driving record. He got 2 traffic citations of mine dismissed. Which were very unjustified. I can't give many details on why they're unjustified, but it'd take to much space and time. The police officer being the main reason. I would definitely recommend Mr. Perez's services. He, and his team, are very polite, helpful, and thorough with giving you details on how the process is going.
