In my experience with Mr Montes, I came to find that he was very honest and forthcoming with everything in my case .As well, the outcome and what was needed from me for a better outcome. This lawyer violated your rights, I was in jail for a year and a half, first month in I demanded a speedy trial and he never got it done, he said he was but lied about giving documents, reports, he doesn't follow the rules of professional conduct.... If you get this lawyer file a grievance with the Texas bar against him because he's going to screw you over.... I filed mine and he got it put on his record permanently, if you file yours and get it approved he will end up losing his bar license and that will not only help you but help those of you on the future by protecting them from him

Just want to thank Montes for a awesome job that he did with my case me thinking that he was just a appointed lawyer i was thinking he wouldn't do much but after going to courts for my assault with a deadly weapon he was showing me and keeping good contact with me one day before court and after court he did a awesome job taking my case to trial and wining the case with a dismissed I couldnt belive it wen he called me yesterday and gave me the good news so if you are looking for a known and good lawyer I would recommend Montes as your attorney for any case

Back in 2002, I was stationed at Ft Bliss and was going through a bad time with my now ex-wife. Jose Montes help me not only get through the divorce, but I also got custody of my two kids. My son Donald JR has graduated high school and graduated for I.C.E cooking school in NYC. he is now working at the Hard Rock and is doing well. and my daughter is also working and has moved out the house and is doing great.
