DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was asked to send over some emails so they could review my situation and determine whether they could take the case. After sending the requested information, I never heard back--no follow-up, no response about whether they would proceed or not. I made multiple attempts to contact them, including phone calls and emails explaining that I had been trying to get in touch, but I still received no reply. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a clear lack of respect for potential clients.

The Chavez Law Firm is the best group to work with in El Paso! I highly recommend their attorneys as they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a wonderful experience working with them as they guided me through the whole process. I was nervous and stressed when I first met with them to discuss my case and they provided me with answers to my multiple questions. In addition, they were very professional, experienced, and overall supportive. I knew I was in good hands and that brought a sense of peace and security. Do not recommend this place as they are not very caring about potential clients. Did not hear back from them nor received any information about what was going on. They had no care as far as my deadline for my right to sue letter. And I had to call them just for they to have any type of communication with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Going through what me and my family went thru and this happening added more stress.
