Horrible Lawyer. I contacted Lilly in regards representing me for a child support and custody case. I was contacted by the mother of my child 7 years after my child was born and told she had my daughter. We did a DNA test and I found out the child was mine. During mediation the mediator ask the mother of my child if she wanted back child support. She said no because I didn't that my child existed. The mother of my child told me that she was not going to give me any visitation time alone with my child. That when I called Lilly to represent me. I explain to her the situation and that my child don't even have my last name. She had the last name of a man that the mother of my child thought was mine. Lilly said it would be an easy case since I didn't have a criminal record, had a job and a stable home. She said I would get visitation rights. Mine you I was living in Atlanta at the time and my daughter lives in Weslaco. Once we went to court the judge asked the mother of my child if she wanted back pay. She said yes. This was after she had already said no in mediation. I told Lilly to get the recording of her saying no since all mediations are recorded. She said she would. She never did. The judge made me pay back 4 years of child support for a child that I didn't know was mine and didn't even have my last name. That 4 years cost me 20k since Lilly was to lazy to get the recording. On top of that I was orders to do 15 supervised visitation with my child's mother and 10 unsupervised visitation before I was allowed to get my child overnight and on regular visitations. The judge also orders that the mother of my child would not have to assist in any transportation fees for my my travel to fly to see my daughter. This outcome was a joke any credible lawyer would have had me paying back pay and going through all of those visitations to get visitation rights. Lilly said there was another lawyer we could see and try to get it changed but it would cost me another 5k. This lady is a joke. Stay far away if your using her for a child support or custody case. Your better off representing yourself.
