DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! In my time of need, I feel like I was taken advantage of. You don't expect the one you hire for help, add more pain to your situation. Throughout the time frame that I had Carranza, I did not speak to her once. My situation got worse under her services with no empathy or care...only silence. I did get an email asking for more money. The audacity. Then, when I say im getting a different attorney, they only wanted to know who. The "they" that I speak of is the paralegal, who is the only one I communicated with. No care on how they could help make things right or address my concerns. Nobody likes to be taken advantage of. Please be warned. Follow up to your response: "As you know, the lead attorney handling your case was someone other than Ms. Carranza." No I didn't know, I was not made aware. "Further, our firm was actively engaged in your legal matter and working towards a resolution, and after 2 short weeks, you decided to retain other counsel." I can access and view the activity done in the courts online. There was none. 2 short weeks for you. Again, lack of care or consideration.
