The aids and paralegals were great. Active communication. If I had any questions they were always happy to assist. Now that I am on to the end of my settlement, I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. Beyond my first conversation with Attorney Kiana and one initial call with Anslem, I haven't spoken to anyone about what is happening on my case. I have left voicemail after voicemail. To be fair, Kiana did reach out to earlier this week, after SEVERAL attempts at reaching Anslem, but I had a meeting and could not take it. I have called and left voicemails to Anslem for over a month. I am aware and understand that these things take time, but not I am not thrilled with the lack of communication.
