So my experience with this law firm started out with a very frustrating first phone call on my part not theirs I had just been in a car accident and then to the emergency room and then to a private physician that told me that I had to pay upfront for my surgery upon more information that the law firm gave me I ended up going to our city hospital here in Dallas where they decided that I had three fractures in my foot and needed surgery as soon as my foot would stop swelling so at that time I had to wait a month in order to get my surgery so already lots of pain and frustration however my coordinator Emily was wonderful and helped me through everything the step-by-step process with Stewart J .
