I had a horrible experience with this law firm. When I got into an accident in 2022, the person assigned to my case was Vanessa, and she was horribly inattentive. She never properly communicated any information to me regarding my case. I ended up having to call the other party's insurance myself because she did nothing. I would consistently ask her to send me specific information and answers to my questions, but she never did. When I found out who I was assigned to, the person who informed me mentioned that Vanessa was new and a rookie, and they seemed disappointed for me. If someone is in training, they should not be assigned cases with minimal oversight; they should only be assisting with cases. The only time I felt assist was when Vanessa was out of town and one of the her supervisors were assisting me. Another problem I had was with the physical therapy center they assigned me. They were extremely unprofessional and did not teach me practical ways to strength my body, to fight my injury. I requested a list of other clinic options since this one was not meeting my needs, but Vanessa would never send them. I am unfortunately still in extreme pain today; even after I insisted that I needed more medical attention, the doctor moved to release me. The entire ordeal was very unprofessional and disheartening. I would not recommend this law firm. It seems they do not have the heart for people going through difficult situations like mine. Please consider this review when choosing a representative for your case. There is likely another firm that will better represent you and your needs.

I have used this law firm twice and each time I was very happy and satisfied with the outcome of each case. I really appreciated especially Teresa and Elaina in the last case they handled for me as, I was dealing with the loss of my husband shortly after the accident I had. He had cancer and passed away a month after my accident and I was very moved by these ladies empathy they had for me that they called me to give me their condolences. I was very touched by this cuz most law offices are all about getting the job done and never show empathy or compassion to their clients but I can say these ladies work hard for you and can show their clients empathy, kindness and sympathy etc. Thank you ladies
