My experience with Mathur Law Offices was extremely disappointing. The firm misrepresented their services, promising to prepare a full RFE defense and legal memorandum, but later admitted my case was "not defendable." Despite that, they continued billing thousands of dollars 10,000 without delivering the promised work or submitting the RFE response. The attorneys acted without good faith, repeatedly charging for sending email ,downloading documents, taking copy of the documents , long phone calls and emails that added no real value. I felt unethically overbilled and misled throughout the process. After terminating the services .This firm prioritizes billing over genuine client advocacy -- I would not recommend them to anyone seeking honest or professional legal representation.

I am writing to share my experience with Law Firm Name and strongly advise against retaining their services. I hired the firm for a case in December 2019. After nearly ten months and approximately $4 0,000, no progress was made, which they attributed to the police. As I was preparing to terminate their representation, they informed me they had contacted the prosecuting office to withdraw, only to discover the case had already been dismissed. Following this, they requested a five-star rating on their website. Their billing practices were also highly problematic. They frequently demanded payment, often before the agreed-upon retainer schedule, claiming they needed to pay their attorneys. They would also draft payments without prior notice, even after I had provided specific instructions. Furthermore, I was not refunded my retainer after the case concluded. When I questioned an invoice prior to our decision to fire them, the attorney I was working with became argumentative and would not allow me to speak. Her attitude was consistently unpleasant. When I later called to request receipts for payments made, I was told they were experiencing technical issues and that my invoices should suffice. However, an invoice does not confirm payment. It is concerning that a firm handling such substantial amounts of money lacks proper accounting equipment. A simple receipt, they cannot provide. Save your money, Mr. Mathur has a good lip to sell, yet the outcome it's not as great as he sells it. I appreciate your consideration of this feedback.
