We would like to sincerely thank this law firm for their excellent support. My uncle, who was imprisoned in Texas, received outstanding legal advice. Thanks to their dedication, his case was successfully resolved. We are truly grateful for their professional service. We are now waiting for the outcome of the immigration case so that he can return to his home country. Even though his family was abroad during this difficult time, we were always well supported and kept informed, despite the complexity of the situation. Another great advantage is that the team also speaks Spanish, which made communication much easier and more comfortable for us (thank you also to Ms. Griselda Rosales). The only point of improvement we can mention is that updates and responses regarding our case could have been provided more quickly. Overall, we can highly recommend this law firm and are very thankful for their hard work, their cooperation, and their multilingual support.

SCAM! I hired them in September 2024. I met with the legal team INCLUDING the attorney and the only reason why I hired them was because the attorney Mr. Arroyo said my case should be easy and he even gave me a "discounted" quote so I hired them on the spot. After I paid all my fees including the filing fee in November of that same year I lost communication with them. I completed all the requisitions by January 2025 but I had to call about 100 times to get in touch. When they finally answered MONTHS LATER they switched my entire team and gaslighted me that I never had an assigned attorney. I agreed to speak to a new attorney over the phone but he had no idea what my case consisted of and he said I would have to pay fees again. After that I kept trying to contact my legal team and NOT ONE OF THEM ANSWERS MY EMAILS . When I call them they pick up and hang up. The one time they answered is because I kept calling over and over and the girl answered the phone with an attitude and when I asked to speak to someone regarding my case she said they were closed. No one answers my emails or calls and I haven't been able to go up there due to work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM AT ALL. And I'm sure they will either delete this or reply with some BS snarky reply but I have documentation. No los contraten si no quieren perder su tiempo y su dinero.

From this experience, I did want to leave a review. Initially, everything was going great--they greeted me kindly and made me feel welcome. However, once I spoke to a lawyer about my case, I was met with attitude, a bit of sass, and the feeling that I wasn't being taken seriously. Once I finally paid, the whole environment changed. I was told I would be assigned a lawyer for my case and that it would take 48 business hours for them to contact me. Instead, it took an entire week for someone to finally call me back. When they did call, I was placed on hold, and once the hold was removed, I was told the lawyer wasn't in. After another week of waiting--making it two weeks total--I called back, frustrated and wanting answers. By that point, I had already been charged close to $600 without any communication. This included about $50 for a welcome letter, additional administrative fees, and even a charge for using a debit card. I wish that had been disclosed; I would've brought cash. I will add that once I finally got in contact with the lawyer assigned to me, I did feel taken care of. But everything between the initial consultation and the moment I reached my designated lawyer was horrible. I genuinely started to think I had been scammed out of thousands of dollars. All in all, if you're willing to risk minimal communication and being charged for every little thing--including a *welcome letter*, which should be free--then go ahead and sign with them. Like I said, my lawyer was great, which is the only reason I'm not leaving a one-star review.

San Juanita is the absolute best at what she does. After she took over my case, I finally saw movement and things moved quickly! Yusuf was absolutely wonderful as well and did great at stepping in last minute and helping me finish my case!

Valentina Fernandez was super helpful and professional during my intake process. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood each step, and answered all my questions with patience. She was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciate her support and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing help.
