I'm not a client of Ms. Myesia Merchant--I'm simply the notary who assisted her client with a document. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but professional on her end. Her client arrived unsure of what was required, and I did my best to guide them through the process. I clearly communicated that the document required two notarizations, which Ms. Merchant confirmed was acceptable. My company then provided full service: notarization, printing, and scanning--exactly what was requested. After delivering the completed work, I was unexpectedly met with hostility from Ms. Merchant over the pricing (a standard $30 fee for notary, print, and scan). Despite her yelling, I maintained a calm, respectful tone and even apologized for any miscommunication--though I had done nothing wrong. A store full of customers witnessed her behavior, and it was disappointing, to say the least. Yes, I did end the call with her client--but only after being spoken to with repeated disrespect. The client still received everything they came for, professionally and completely. To the client: I genuinely wish you well. To Ms. Merchant: I wish you the day--and the life--you deserve.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have not yet received the check for the settlement I was told it didn't take long and I was supposed to get it in September, mind yall is October now about to hit November in like 2 weeks and have not received my check from the settlement.

After getting into an accident, I really didn't want to deal with hiring a lawyer, but I am so grateful I did.
