My case was as straightforward as it gets and should've been settled quickly, yet they dragged it out for nearly four years. Throughout the process, I was encouraged not directly, but with that "wink wink" tone, to keep going back for extra treatments and shots. The implication was that it would "help my case" and mean more money for me, but in reality it just inflated the bills so they could justify a bigger settlement on paper. The final numbers tell the real story. My case settled for $18,368.46, but after their excessive 44% contingency fee, padded "case expenses," and sudden last-minute medical charges they claimed to have just "found," I walked away with only $2,716.99 in my pocket. They manipulated the situation from beginning to end to maximize what they got, not what I got. This firm is more interested in prolonging cases and stacking charges than actually looking out for clients. If you're thinking about hiring them, protect yourself: read every word of what you're signing, don't just take their promises at face value, and understand that the "big win" they sell you on may leave you with crumbs when it's over.
