I hired the firm in March after my car accident. They're nice people but their response time to their clients could be a lot better. They've gotten all my medical records except my MRI and that's holding me back from my settlement. I just wished they worked as hard and diligently to get me my settlement like whenever they text or call and need me to do reviews for her company

I wish I Was never introduced to this law firm. I started my case with them back in April, and after going to the chiropractor and seeing all the doctors, I assumed that everything would be moving forward. For the past few months, they have been asking me for the same ER RECORDS THAT I DON'T HAVE AND THE HOSPITAL, CAN'T SEEM TO FIND. Be mindful that this is also a doctor I went to on my own not one that was recommended by the chiropractor who connected me to this law firm. I don't understand why they just can't move forward with everything that they have And process my case. I don't know if this is a tactic to just get more money on there end but it sucks. My insurance company Has already process paid and fix the damages to my car months ago!!! Now they're telling me that I have to wait on the law firm to process the injury claim. It doesn't make any sense that we're playing the waiting game On documents, we know that we are not going to get. I'm so frustrated. I just wish I never even brought my business to this law firm!!! I have even asked for them to release my case to someone else and I Just pay them for what they've already done And they won't do that either!!

I had a very negative experience with Angel Reyes and Associates. The firm took a significant amount of money from me but provided little to no help, and communication was terrible. It was nearly impossible to get them to answer the phone. Instead of advocating for my best interests, they pressured me to settle with the other insurance firm, even suggesting the fault was mine. To make matters worse, they were incredibly disrespectful and threatened me over email. I would not recommend their services. I'm telling you now it's better off to go to Herman and Herman or Thomas J Henry
