Mr. Dunn is a top notch real estate attorney. He is busy but if you can wait for an appointment or work with his staff, you will not be disappointed with his work. He will be very through, knowledgeable, and precise with your transaction.

As a fellow real estate professional it is difficult to write a poor review. However, Mr. Dunn's office was selected last year as the closing agent for a home i purchased. While the transaction was fairly smooth; I learned a couple days after closing that Mr. Dunn's office made a material error on the closing statement and I owed multi-thousands of dollars. I paid quickly and didn't cause a fuss. People make mistakes. Then a month ago, I started receiving mail to the house suggesting that another person had placed a mortgage on the property. I reached out to Mr. Dunn directly this time since he was the title agent to make sure the title didn't show an additional mortgage and after not hearing back two weeks later i followed up at which point he responded with an indirect answer. I then asked if he could simply let me know if someone else has a mortgage against the property? No answer...Just followed up again. (it's been another two weeks). I understand if your staff is non-responsive to your business but when the business owner is unresponsive; unacceptable.

The experience is nice. We visited on a Saturday and they were very accommodating. Mr. Lovell is very friendly and approachable. He has guided and answered all of our questions very patiently, especially since we are new to the area and had lots of questions.

Lowell is the best! He is smart, efficient, and easy to work with. He explains legal matters in a way that's easy for all to understand!
