James E. Polk Attorney at Law

This guy is the worst lawyer in Corsicana by far and it's not even close. All I wanted to do was file a written answer to show I been making legal money on YouTube for years. He was very emotional from the start. I tried to show him that I make legal money from my YouTube, yet all he cares about is himself. He also tried to charge me $300 to file a written answer as well as force himself on represent me. When I told him I didn't want him as a lawyer he kicked me out without helping me at all. Don't go to this guy he might drive a Tesla and wear a suit but this dude is a crook.

It was terrible me and my mom explained everything to this man and we gave him $2000 down to represent my brother then he went and asked my brother the same thing that we already answered then told us he can't take the case but took half of our money. I definitely wouldn't recommend this attorney to anybody because he's not honest until he takes your money 3/2024

James E. Polk is a crook! He took my deposit, never honored my very specific requests as a client, neglected my legal matter & then simply stop responding! Based on dealing with him, he only concern is his personal greed & lust for money while he clearly doesn't care for his clients' best interest. I would not recommend James E. Polk to my worst enemy, he is a terrible & very incompetent lawyer!!

Just called to get info and lord the women that answered was rude!! She couldn't tell me what a consultation fee was?!? But everyone one else have called has been nice and was able to at least tell me that. And even if you couldn't why the negative tone in your voice? No need

Had an appointment with him and the office was locked. I called and nobody answered and there were lights and the keys were on the door from the inside.
