Being part of the Flood family has been an ultimate life changing experience for me and my family. The Flood team helped me when I had no one else to turn to. John Flood and his staff helped us when we lost our son and his friends to a tragic fatal accident . It happened in Florida and could not get answers and were told it would be 30 day investigation process before we could get any answers as well as our son and his friends body returned for proper burial arrangements. John Flood and his staff flew immediately to Florida ,came back with answers and immediately started there own investigation into the case. No sooner than said we were able to properly put our son and friends to rest. John Flood and staff continued their investigation into the accident and we were properly updated with every out come of the investigation. John Flood made sure that the survivors of the deceased family were taken care.
