DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! The lawyers at this firm are nothing more than unprofessional thieves!!! My mom had a bad fall at a spa 10/2022, they were so nice and assuring until the minute they got her case, then they stopped contacting her. On the rare occasion someone would answer they would assure her they were working on it and tell her just to be patient. In June 2025 she finally got someone to take her call they said the case was already in litigation they would be contacting her with the settlement in July...she never heard from them and has not been able to get a hold of them ever since. Pretty sure the case was won long ago and they kept my mom's money and she will never see a dime. They are crooks!! Stay far away from them!!! I would like to add some of these high reviews are their own employees!!

I was referred to this place by a friend, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. There was very little communication from the staff -- I constantly had to call for updates and was told, "your rep will be in contact soon," yet no one ever followed up. I later found out that the person who hit me didn't have insurance, and I was told, "don't worry, we'll call the medical bills a loss on our end." All I wanted was to have my car fixed and clear communication throughout the process. Instead, I got silence and runarounds. I do not recommend this firm. I wish I had gone with another attorney -- maybe then I would have received the communication and professionalism I expected. Very disappointing experience overall.
