Herrman and Herrman took their time and dealt with my case. They ensured me that I would get what I deserved. I was involved in a hit and run and the Schools insurance didn't want to pay and told me to lawyer up and I and im glad I chose Herrman and Herrman. Mr. Kyle Baysinger did a wonderful job getting me prepared for what was about to happen. Being that I never had to go through anything like this before I was prepped and ready! I would recommend them to anyone. Mr. Baysinger told me that I did an excellent job with my depo. And I was glad to hear that I did just want he told me to do. I agree with several of the reviews about lack of communicating. I first had Jasmin as my attorney and at some point they transferred my case to Sam Bavafa. He just wanted to settle the case, as I did. But he never asked how I felt or what happened, (anxiety is something I did not have before). Even made the comment that I was not injured. He did not even read my file because he asked for things I had already provided to the previous attorney and confirmed it was received, and charged for time doing it again. His assistant Belinda send me a check that was for a litigation services that they hired which Sam said he was doing. I sent the check back and paid postage and my time going to the post office, did not get refunded. And just today I spent TWO HOURS chasing down the settlement check that Belinda send to the wrong address on the envelope again. I should get compensated for that as well since I had to leave work due to her error. As you charged me for stamps time on the case I should not have to spend time or resources correcting Belindas mistakes. I'm not sure why Jasmin (1st Attorney) left but she was very attentive and caring when we spoke. She was a great attorney.
