I write this review with a heavy heart and disappointment in communication and understanding from this law firm. Save yourself a headache and stress and contact a small firm that actually cares about you and not to big too just shake you of there shoulder to get there part of the settlement.If you need assistance with a car accident. In April, I contacted them for assistance right away for my accident involving 3 trucks and 2 trailers both used for work they were both hauling work equipment at the time, me being the only non work vehicle . The first conversation I had with my case manager was exciting, and I had peace of mind I was going to be taken care of. From helping me with property damage to medical and explaining this was the first time I dealt with something like this, and I dont know what to do. They told me to send any receipts for anything that got damaged in the accident that was my personal property. I did. Medical called and told me the next step, and I told them I didn't have a vehicle. The only one I had was the one in the accident . She said we will try to find an office that could pick you up for an appointment. She message me that day saying we couldn't find any around your location. Can you find a ride to this profession? We use them before, I said yes, I know where that is that perfect. From there on, I should have noticed details, and I should have found a different lawyer, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I had no knowledge of what goes first . They told me it would take two weeks to get the police report, and when I do get it, send it to them . In a week, I had it ,sent it to my case manager by email, and didn't hear anything from her. Called her to check on the case and make sure she got it. She said it takes two weeks to get the police report we can't do anything until then I told her I send it to your email, which is why I was calling she said OH let me look ." And said that the people who are in charge of putting stuff on files hadn't gotten to it, and that why she didn't see it. But she was able to search for it right away in her email. Then, three weeks pass I get a call from this lady claiming to be complaince and was asking how my medical treatments were going. Boy, when I tell you I got scared, I was like, "This is a scam from the other insurance company. I called medical clerk right away and said hey they call me from this # and ask me this she said it normal they do this all the time. Then I said we'll when is treatment going to start she said I was just waiting for your response I said I message you back. I had a vehicle to use and was ready whenever. This was already the 2nd little mistake I noticed, gave them benefit of the doubt. I started treatments then I ran into a issue with my kids dad wanting them for the summer and I ask how we can resolve them getting treatment without hurting the case. The medical clerk gave me advice after we been going back and forth and I said we'll can we try this will this work she said that fine. She didn't help me come up with a game plan she just went with what I had thought of. Then I receive a letter in the mail saying that the insurance company that accepted fault was not going to cover my personal property to subgergate my insurance. AGAIN I was like omg another scam trying to get me to use my insurance I send my case manager a texted picture and email with this information I was confused at why they send me this and not my lawyers. I hear nothing from them. A month passes by and I am talking to my insurance company to add a new vehicle to my insurance, and he tells me I see your truck is paid out already I was like what no . I haven't received a call or a check . Mind you my truck been sitting in a towing lot for a month the charges it racked up. I contacted case manager told her what he said, she called me back that she send the letter to insurance and they don't deal with property damage, just medical. After I dealt with all property damage for my case.I can't write it all.

Terribly untrustworthy. Might even prevent you from getting what you are owed. Not only did they not help us, it seems entirely likely they hurt us financially in the long run. Herrman and Hermann took our case after my husband suffered an at work injury. He suffered a broken shoulder and ribs, punctured lungs, a concussion, who even knows what all injuries, because while this office told us they would get us in to see doctors they drug their feet at every opportunity. Going weeks in between necessary appointments, wasting our time and energy sending us to chiropractors. When we had questions they would tell us that they were handling everything. When I asked if we should be seen by the workers comp doctors they told us they would get with the med clerk to get us scheduled. Then workers comp stopped paying us, because their requests for records went unanswered. I would call herrman and herrman, they would again tell me they are handling it..everything will be taken care of, apparently knowing they could do nothing for us. They should have told us they couldn't take the case instead of financially harming us for no reason. They had 100 opportunities to tell us we just needed to handle our case through workers comp, instead they lied and strung us along, thus hurting our ability to get what was owed to us.
