Todd Robinson was appointed as my Public Defender by Judge Galvan in the94 District Court.I would and will recommend him to anyone. My past experiences with Public Defenders is that just help to get you a plea deal and then move on to the next case. But Mr. Robinson read through the file the Judge gave him on my case. I was setting there watching him as his read the charge and officers report. He then asked me if I wanted know what was in it. I said that I did. He said they got nothing, your going to wave your arraignment and we're going to jury trial with this. I doubt that we have to go that far. At my Docket Call this morning the prosecution submitted a motion to dismiss due to lack of evidence. The Judge signed it and told me that my charge was dismissed and that I was free to go. Mr. Robinson had called me the night before and told what was going to happen and that all's the Judge had to do was sign the dismissal. Mr. Robinson had it all taken care of before hand. You want want Todd Robinson as your defense counsel. He's good and works for what is in your best interest. Mr. Robinson knows his stuff.
