Law Office of Christina Fox

Contacted Ms. Fox's office to set up multiple wills/advanced directives. Had a telephone appointment that we thought would be with her, but was with an assistant. The assistant took all of our info to do the wills and said that she would send them for review. Never heard back from anyone. Ended up doing our wills through another law office.

I called them to get help with my Will through Metlife Legal. The gentlemen who answered got a whole lot of info from me and finally said he has no availability next week. I asked if he could schedule for later. He then said he has no availability until end of May. And that I should call back later. He had no idea when later. Also, If they are booked solid for the next 2 months and won't take any more appointments, why waste my time asking all the questions that he did? It was super shady and I will be providing this feedback to Metlife Legal as well. I soon after called Kazi Law Firm. The lady who answered was super efficient, spent just a few minutes, and had something scheduled for this week to get my work started.

I was going through a very traumatic time in my life after getting served divorce papers and at first I thought Christina Fox would be able to assist my needs, but of course that wasn't the case. I was patient and believed she could assist me, however, whenever you call the office the response you'll get is"she's not available, I will send a message so she can reach back out to you." No response. How can you trust a lawyer(liar) like this? She takes forever to respond to your emails. Maybe I was below her budget or her accreditation but never will I ever recommend her!

My experience with the law office of Christina Fox was very disappointing. I needed prenup services and had reached out to her with my legal insurance. I have since looked for representation elsewhere due to the fact that she was not responsive in her emails, and anytime you called in to her office you had to make an appointment through her secretary and could never reach her directly. She had emailed me documents on 3/1 which I then filled out on 3/4 and had questions, she did not respond to me even after I emailed her on 3/11 and again on 3/16 asking for some type of response, any type of response. She finally responded back two weeks later on 3/22 saying she had just started that draft. At that point, I had looked for legal counsel elsewhere. I can understand that she is busy, but with no communication at all, my experience has been extremely poor.

The level of professionalism shown when I brought my legal crisis to Ms Christina is unmatched. I called and my appointment was set expeditiously with reasonable accommodations to fit my schedule. This is definitely the kind of law firm I recommend to anyone that asks. THANK YOU!
