The Law Office of Tesa Jackson-Michael

She was the court appointed lawyer for our relative. Unfortunately, every negative rating , is true . Communication , email no response . Finally , answered a call. Her assistant, took down information, could not provide us with anything else. 1st court day postponed. Second court date, stated she would see what she could do . Last court date representing him, she didn't even have a plea to bargain down. Just stated he needed to take it . Was refused, and now he has another lawyer. Just seems , that we all know our capabilities, if work load is too much..slow it down! Every person deserves commitment to their case. Even if you can't help the outcome, trying and communicating should be a priority.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TRUST THIS LADY!!! I recently made an appointment with her for my husband to resolve some legal issues we have. We show up five minutes early and the door was locked. We stand outside(with my infant daughter) waiting for someone to answer the phone or door and nothing for 15 minutes, until some lady opens the door and looks just as confused as we do. She says, 'She's out of office for lunch, I don't know why she scheduled you for this time, I just work here as a realtor, but I can leave a message' So I agreee and my family and I wait in the car for 45 minutes waiting on any type of update, call, or car to enter the parking lot. Then THREE people walk out of the building and get into the car next to us. They smirk and start laughing while looking at us. This all happened at noon today, it is now five hours later and I still have not received a call back or anything. Her and her assistant are extremely unprofessional, rude, and have no idea how to handle time management or respect customers time. I HIGHLY recommend NEVER using her or trusting her.

Everyone's case is different. But as far as me and mine, tesa was awesome!! Fought hard in every setting. I'm very pleased with the way she handled my case. Truly a bull dog !!

Horrible communication skills. Don't expect to talk to her for months before your court date and at your court date expect bare minimum from her She really does just do it for the money. She has no passion behind what she does, please take your money to someone who has passion for helping people.

Tesa was very thorough and informative in explaining the process of each step of my legal situation. I highly recommend contacting the office. Her receptionist is very nice as well.
