Michael Hammond is a highly skilled and very professional attorney. I have had the pleasure of trying a case across the aisle from him and was constantly impressed at the strength of his advocacy and his knowledge of the subject matter. I would highly recommend him no matter what kind of case you need assistance with. Five stars is not enough!

Michael at MBH is AWESOME! He helped me with a pipeline issue and did amazing! I kept freaking out and stressed out and he reassured me everything is going to be ok. If there was Ten stars. He would get ten stars!

Mr. Hammond was court-appointed to represent my stepson in a criminal case in Hood County, TX. From the start, he pressured him to accept a harsh plea deal of over 4 years without exploring better options. He showed little interest in advocating for his client and appeared inexperienced in criminal law, based on his handling of this case and others we observed in court. His legal assistant was also unhelpful, filing paperwork at the last minute and being difficult to reach. After a few months of poor representation, we fired Mr. Hammond and hired a local attorney who quickly got the charge reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor and recovered bond money that Mr. Hammond never attempted to get back. The final plea was just 30 days Ultimately, it seemed they just don't care and are in it only for the money! I do not recommend Mr. Hammond or his office for any criminal matters. They were unresponsive, ineffective, and seemed uninterested in the outcome.

Andrea Boedecker got my case dismissed before my first court date. Just shared the facts with her and the case was dismissed hours after her getting the facts.

This guy failed to respond to the order that was filed. Saying his son was in the hospital then never text me or the courts. I will be files with the bar for failure to respond.
