I hired Hines & Maxwell for a phone consultation on a small claims court case I was filing. They were extremely helpful and generous with their time, giving me multiple good suggestions as I moved forward. Almost a year later, I emailed them again with another question on the same case, and they helped me with that too, with no extra charge, and were very quick to answer. Because of their suggestions and help, I was able to get far more money awarded to me than I initially expected. I would absolutely use them again.

I recently was in the process of selling a large piece of property and needed Mark's expertise in real estate law to help me with some complex issues. Mark went to extra effort to set make time to accommodate me, despite his busy schedule. He was extremely helpful and put my mind to ease about the many legal questions I had. I would not hesitate to use him again and would certainly highly recommend him to any of my friends or family.

I agree with the others that Mark was wonderful. He discussed options with me and helped me put together exactly what was needed for my situation. The contract, on the other hand, when it arrived, was another story. It took the seller and I sitting down and going over it with a fine toothed edit to correct everything from typos, to basic facts regarding the state, to specific details that were not what Mark and I had discussed. As comfortable as I was with Mark, I won't use this firm again.

Mark and his team do a great job of taking their customers. From helping with business contracts to writing and updating our personal wills, he gets it done. It also helps he's a great guy. If you go anywhere else you are missing out on the best!
