I don't recommend this place at all. The staff is very rude and not professional in any way. My dad was going to use them for his will. He wrote down everything he wanted prior to the visit. They told him it would take 7-10 days for the paperwork to be ready. We didn't hear anything for 3 weeks so I called and called and never got an answer. I decided to stop by their office and to my surprise the whole office was locked up and empty. No note on the door stating they moved or closed or how to contact them. I thought they took my dad's money and closed down. So I decided to look online at their webpage and request new customer info, I'm telling you within minutes I got a call from their office (different number) wanting to help me set up a new appointment. That's when I found out they moved to the office down from the one they were originally in. The receptionist was beyond rude and was upset with me because i didn't "just know" that they moved offices and that the phones weren't working. I said all you had to do was put a sign on the other door telling customers where you moved. She said she "wasn't rude--she's just from up north where they are more blunt and people down here are too sensitive ". We aren't too sensitive, just polite and have manners. I asked her if the paperwork was done and she said they hadn't even started. My response was you said it would take 2 weeks and it's been well over 3 weeks now. Her response "No we told him 7-10 days". Really lady??? Then she told me again that wasn't rude and I said I've been sitting in my car and my camera is recording everything, would you like me to play it back for you? Run from this place!!

I most definitely recommend Kristina Dial and her law office! She has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. Her office answers questions quickly and efficiently. She will do everything in her power legally to make sure you are taken care of the correct way. We used her for family law. We are so happy with our outcome and couldn't ask for a better family attorney. Melissa, her assistant, is the best and always gets you answers and ensures you understand the processes happening. We had an attorney before Dial and it was a mess. Dial and her team made sure it was sorted out and received a final custody order within the year. She is reasonably priced and well worth every penny we have spent!!

I strongly advise against hiring Kristina Dial as your attorney. In my personal experience, she took advantage of us and expected us to have a level of legal knowledge and expertise that was unrealistic. We had purchased a property in my name shortly before our marriage. After speaking to my ex-husband, the attorney called me and said, "Well, you didn't tell me you all bought the house only a couple of weeks before you were married. This changes things..." This lack of attention to detail and disregard for our situation was unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were alarmed by the attorney's behavior when she was in contact with my ex-husband regarding the numbers sent (bills, insurance, etc...). This clearly violates the ethical boundaries of attorney-client relationships, and we are strongly considering filing a complaint with the relevant board. If you are going through a divorce and have children and assets, you must find an attorney who will prioritize your interests and those of your children. I strongly advise that you look elsewhere for legal representation and avoid the attorney mentioned at all costs.

So far, I'm very pleased with my lawyer She's a tad bit more expensive than other lawyers, however, she has family law experience and real estate law experience... which I definitely need. I think that she's the only one in Burleson that has both of these. Could be wrong though.The initial consultation, at the present time, is $50 for 30 minutes, however, you will get overloaded with information. She's VERY sharp. It's best to take the time and send her an email before the initial consultation, explaining roughly your case so she has some understanding of it before going in to see her. So far A+++.
