I had a great experience with Mr Hernandez., from the very first consultation the team was professional, responsive, and clear in explaining my legal options , I felt supported through out the entire process. It was a long process but Mr. Hernandez was very attentive to my case . I am very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend this law firm .

Received as a court appointed attorney and charge 650 for absolutely zero defense. Don't ever use even if appointed. You are better off without an attorney than with this useless person. Paid for absolutely the worst defense ever. I could have gotten the same defense if I had done the case per se.

Worst law firm in Bryan/college station,tx. Daniel Hernandez represented me on my case and they had no evidence against me nor would I EVER do the thing I was convinced of. The case should've been thrown out and the dude didn't do anything to help me, he wouldn't ever pick up his phone I wouldn't hear from him till the day of court and I got convinced!!!! I could've represented myself and been better off. If I could give no stars I would I wouldn't recommend this law firm nor Daniel Hernandez to my worst enemy.

They don't mention an evergreen retainer when you first hire them; they are in no rush to help people; I think they are scamming desperate families. It takes you having to contact them so they can charge you $95-195 hrs. They eat up that money by pushing emails and answering calls, after paying a $2995 retainer fee under an evergreen meaning u pay for the retainer then every little call or email they run up your tab; I had to email my own judge to get a mediation which they charged me me for the work I provided to get the mediation meeting which the lawyer only attended 5 mins. Of wasn't even my attorney just another attorney from the firm.
