Client
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Nat Perez and Noah Perez. Throughout the case, it felt like they put forth very little effort and showed almost no willingness to consider the client's perspective or suggestions. The refused to entertain and other reasoning even when those suggestions were specific, logical, and legally grounded. They repeatedly dismissed Isaac's account of events, refused to meaningfully listen, and ignored crucial insights he tried to provide about the case. Several motions were filed, but every one of them was denied, and there was no real sense of strategy, follow-through, or urgency behind their efforts. Their communication with the family was cold, dismissive, and at times deceptive. They gave the impression that they knew best, but their results and behavior told a different story. Isaac had multiple witnesses willing to speak, but after meeting with these attorneys, none of them felt comfortable testifying. These attorneys discouraged them, and this was spoken from the mouths of the witnesses. Even at sentencing, they rejected his character witness without any clear reason, shutting down a critical opportunity for Isaac to present support on the record. In our experience, these attorneys were stubborn, inflexible, and unwilling to collaborate with the very person whose life was on the line. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking advocates who truly listen, communicate honestly, and fight for their client regardless of guilt or innocence.
