I don't understand how this firm could have any bad reviews. My experience with Rodriguez Longoria Law Firm has been nothing but positive from start to finish. The receptionist is always so kind, welcoming, and attentive she never makes you feel like a burden and always takes the time to help with anything you need. Attorney Longoria himself went above and beyond for my mom during her immigration case. He regularly visited her at the detention center to check on her well-being, made sure she understood what was happening, and always kept both of us informed. He was patient, honest, and truly cared something that's hard to find in legal representation. This law firm treated my family with compassion and professionalism throughout a very emotional process. I'm incredibly grateful for everything they've done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an attorney who genuinely cares.

I contacted the Longoria law firm after searching for someone to help me and my family. With the new laws I had no luck finding anyone that would be willing to help us. They helped my fiance get his volunteer departure with to us was a miracle. Thank you so much for everything.

do not GO HERE! They steal your money and your time! The assistants are rude & the main lawyer JOSE RODRIGUEZ, loves to cuss his clients out! When they ask for paperwork they love to not give you the full information and make you go back and do everything all over again! Apparently what we paid him wasn't enough to continue doing his service and complained it was wasting his time! He initially asked for a certain amount and that amount only, but claims he is wasting his time. He never mentioned he needed more money til we fired him. We only asked for a bound court and kept repeating he has submitted the paperwork we work on for weeks, but when I called his assistant ratted him out and said no paperwork was turned in and to end it, the detention center mentioned nothing was processed and to not get him as a lawyer he goes beyond your wishes and what you pay him for! TEXAS BAR WILL SOLVE THIS INJUSTICE SOON!

HORRIBLE LAWFIRM!! Do NOT HIRE THEM! The lawyer only calls you when he calls to ask for the money after that it's his paralegals which aren't even that, they are assistants only. The lawyer first says that you are hiring him then once paid the assistants say you cannot speak to him directly unless you pay an extra $300 his assistant's are EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ! They loooveee to interrupt you constantly and do not let you speak or get a single word out. They claim to record their phone calls but get mad when you do the same. They do not know anything about laws they ask for records but when you turn that paperwork in they then call you to yell at you call you names and say they wanted police reports. When you play them the phone call recorded where they asked for a record instead of police reports they don't even apologize for using the wrong term instead they tell you "you should have known what I meant". They tell you they will ask for a bond hearing for your family member detained but then will go see said family member and tell them to auto deport themselves. Then say they did their job. They will ask for only 5 documents then once you send them those documents they say you're missing a 6th doc. Then once you send that 6th doc they call you in 48 hrs only to say you're now missing more documents. Then blame you for not sending everything the 1st time. DO NOT PAY THEM!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! The reason the lawyer gets mad at you when you tell him his assistants are rude is because he is rude too. JOSE RODRIGUEZ is okay with his assistants being RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to his clients but gets mad when you try to defend yourself. They won't admit it but his wife is the one who is a supposed licensed lawyer and handles the paperwork but she has no law degree or law knowledge.

We went with rodriguez for some help and he did just what we wanted him to do help us get someone out we had no problems when we would call for some questions and to follow-up on the case and they would always keep us updated and inform on how everything was going
