It took a while, but it was well worth it. Laura was always very professional, helpful, and courteous. Daniel was very helpful and considerate of me, always explaining things and I believe he put up a good fight against the insurance company. About 6-7 months later, i want to leave a review to express my gratitude & how grateful I am for making this decision. For the receptionist who first took my call, she was very helpful, willing and able to answer all my questions & provided guidance on how to move forward. This law firm provides you a link to a tracking system that allows you to always know the status of your case, which is very convenient & reassuring. Vanessa in the Medical team & my Case Manager Letty were very attentive & on top of everything from start to finish. They coordinated very efficiently, helping me get through each step of the process so seamlessly. They made an unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with, which i truly appreciate. There were no false promises or gray areas. Everything I was told was exactly how it played out, and everyone I engaged with followed through with every word & commitment. So needless to say, I am very satisfied with the level of fairness & professionalism demonstrated to me by this law firm.
