John and his whole staff are so knowledgeable and good about explaining what exercises you need to do, and exactly how and why you need to do them. My tech Lorne was so supportive that I think worked hard at home, just so I could show her my progress next appointment. By the way,I had a shoulder replacement after an accident.

I don't know about you, but as I've gotten older the accumulation of old injuries, general stiffness, and a loss of strength had taken a toll on the quality of my life. My primary care doc was happy to refer me to Tradewinds in Brenham specifically for my back and knee problems, but I found they do much more than help with that. Since going through (in my case) a short, 6-week process with John DeSimio and his team of therapists at Tradewinds I feel so much better, but more importantly I now have great direction about how to keep myself in better shape. Seriously was in the best of hands. Even though it was hard work rehabbing my new knee everyone at Tradewinds made it easy. Felt very taken care of and would not be where I am in my recovery without them. I am sure of that. The whole staff is a blessing. I can honestly say now that I am glad I decided to have the surgery. They were amazing.
