Ben Westbrook is an amazing and competent attorney with a staff to match. Every call and email that I made was answered courteously and promptly. I couldn't be more pleased with the assistance they gave me.

I am happy to edit this review a year later to say that Mr. Westbrook got us our money back! Westbrook was patient and never gave up on our case even though the JP court took forever to do everything! I am so grateful, and for the first time in a long time maybe feel like there is some justice. Thank you so much, Ben. His intake specialist, Alisha, is extremely on-the-ball. She gets right back to e-mails and calls and is nice as can be. My initial consultation with Mr. Westbrook was on-task and efficient, but I still felt heard and my questions were answered. To his credit, Mr. Westbrook advised that I wait a month or so longer before pursuing my legal matter to have the best chances (when it would be more advantageous for him to have the business NOW, right?). I got the sense he is an honest man making an honest living. Finally, my impression is that sometimes lawyers won't take "smaller" cases because, honestly, those cases probably aren't as lucrative. However, Mr. Westbrook offers packages that (relative to how astronomical lawyer fees can be) are affordable and flat-rate. This allows people who wouldn't have access to legal services a way to seek justice. I super appreciate and acknowledge this! Thank you, Mr. Westbrook!
