DISCLAIMER: Although the office decided to not move forward with my case, it is within my authority to detail my experience to others about my interactions and overall opinion with how this practice conducted business with me. I also never spoke with an attorney at this organization throughout this process. I was also advised to work with this office through word of mouth. I came to them at the end of March following the surviving of an accident; looking to receive quality support and compensation after my car had been rendered a total loss. After my consultation and information was taken, I was instructed to visit one of their chiropractor affiliates, and shortly after, the office went silent on me. I received one short phone call after my consultation on April 3rd; however, up until May 7th, any time I needed an update (by email or phone), I was the person initiating all correspondence. When the case manager, Yvette, stated they would follow-up about my concerns or questions, days would go by and I would be forced to reach out again. Upon receiving the office's desire to dissolve our relationship verbally, I was informed I would be receiving final documents, as well as the opposing insurance's decision to not claim responsibility, detailing why the office was unwilling to reach a settlement on my behalf. As I type and share this experience, I have not received this information. (Granted, it may be in the mail, but I doubt it.) Seemingly, I would advise: this office is focused on receiving compensation and if there are early signs of them not being able to earn it, you may or may not feel as if you're being treated like you're ancillary.
