Beatriz was the best! I met Mr. Reyes once, and I liked him, but my main POC was Beatriz and she did most of the work to get me a big payout. I got rear-ended, and it took me over a month to figure out I needed an attorney, because the insurance company was refusing to pay me for injuries and a broken windshield. Beatriz got me setup with a Doctor, x-rays, mri, Physical Therapy, and I went to a medical massage therapist once a week. Omni Massage & Guidance is the best! Anyways, after all that went on for 3 months, the insurance company was still trying to low-ball us. Mr Reyes assured me they were offering a reasonable amount, since they're not going to risk a lawsuit, but when I raised that gross negligence would expose the insurance company's client to injunctive consequences, Beatriz kept hammering them to pay more. They went up $8000 more AFTER Mr. Reyes said they probably wouldn't go up anymore. So, something to keep in mind. It's always a gamble, but if you know you deserve more...

I am definitely beyond appreciative for The Eric Reyes Law Firm. In a situation that was completely unexpected and horrible to deal with; they were there every step of the way. From day one Beatriz was there, and it wasn't just al law talk she took time to understand our situation and even listen to us about everything. I was comfortable and never really had to feel worried because she would reassure within anything that we discussed.
