Refused to allow me to schedule a free consultation. Extremely unprofessional. Rude secretary and clearly stated that their website lies about the services they offer. Despite it clearly saying the service is offered on their website, the secretary could not have cared less about its inaccuracy or seeing if any other assistance could be given.

They are a very great firm when it comes to handling the business part of it. but as far as customer satisfaction, they do not reach out to the customers for updates pertaining their cases, Jonathan is very rude, yelled at me because I became impatient. I am only impatient because of the lack of communication they do not call me. I have to call them. Jonathan yelled at me as if I was his child and that is not professional a lawyer should not get mad at a client for wanting to know updates no matter how many times they call it's a part of your job to make sure your clients are satisfied, and for him to yell at me is totally uncalled for
