Stopped by today to inquire about personal injury. Was met at the door by Brandy who kept us outside in the smoldering heat. From the moment Brandy opened the door she was rude and seemed bothered and irritated by our mere presence. When asked any question she just seemed bothered and I could see her frustration growing every second that went by, even when being asked about the process of making an appointment. Finally to get rid of us, she claims the law office doesn't do personal injury cases at all (even though it's literally listed as a service on your website. I have never felt more unwelcome in my life. Worse greeting and customer service I've ever received. Brandy's energy truly ruined my day.
