Hiring Bernsen Law Firm was honestly the best decision I made, it was a really long process due to the type of accident I was in but regardless the whole firm stayed in contact with me making me aware of everything that was happening throughout the whole process, very caring firm by the way! Hiring Bernsen Law Firm to handle my son's case was the best decision I could have made. We worked mainly with Jennifer and Jamie, but have met and dealt with all the employees and owners. They were always professional, clear, helpful, understanding, and tried their best to do what was best for my son. At first it seem to be fine. Then all of a sudden jenifer called me and ask me to go get the video from conveniance store. Because they wouldnt release it to her w out police report. So why would they give it to me. When she ask me . It threw me for a loop. Because isnt that why you hire attorneys? So i said ishould just get another attorney. Well about two weeks went by. And iveemail her this morning and then had to get the chiropracters nurse to call her because ive messaged her and called and had questions about doctors and if they cover meds. Because she told me at the conselation that they would coverall medical to deal w the wreck. Come to find out they only cover the chiropracter. After the chiro nurse called . Another lady from the firm called me back and told me theyre dropping my case. Because i couldnt get any response from jennifer. And instead of the attorney calling and talking to me. He just dropped me. I wouldnt suggest them because of her and the lack of professionalism and communication. Ive talked to her twice. Once when i went in. And the telling me to go get video. Its really sad excuse for customer service.
