Robert Medina is a hidden gem in the Texas legal field. His straight forward, no nonsense approach to the practice of law is invaluable. I would be very wary of this lawyer. He took my partners case more than 3 years ago and then, it appears, did not follow through on anything. To this day we don't understand what has happened because he does not communicate. He does not return phone calls, so we went to see him after a few years had gone by. This was several months ago. He was very upset that we would show up at his office in-person (we had to track it down because he moved from his previous location close for the Galleria to one much further away) and called my partner a liar and acted like a bully. His appalling lack of professional behaviour was alarming.
