He handled my ex husbands case. This attorney said when I was on the stand "oh he didn't hit you that hard". This is not a man, this is a waste of skin attorney. I was battered , had a phone cord wrapped around my neck , ex said if anyone comes for my stuff he would shoot them, I was pregnant and my ex jumped on my stomach this attorney also got into a fight with my attorney in the hall. He doesn't care about people only money. This man literally told me he wanted to put my ex in jail and throw away the key for keeping my son from me against court order. Then he represented my ex and literally lied In court about everything. Wish I could have afforded the court cost because he would have lethality look stupid. Unfortunately it didn't help my son at all and I'm still not being allowed my court ordered visitations. Been a year now.

A lot of his reviews are low because people want to give him stories, not facts. He is straight to the point, no nonsense, but a hard hitter. He is who you need if you're going against difficult people. Highly recommend, you just need a thick skin and no nonsense to work with him. He will get you the results you need.

I used Mr. Baughman for my divorce from my first wife. I went to him on the advice of my present sister-in-law. She had used him before and recommended him. About 10 years later my second wife used him for her divorce from her first husband. My step-son also used him for a divorce. I think we would all agree he is rude and a jerk, but he gets results. We all got exactly what we asked for and actually more. I would very much recommend him for any divorce in Harris County. He gets results for his client, woman or man.
