The Carlson law firm was beyond belief. They Went above and beyond. Always kept us informed as to where we were and took our calls anytime we had a question. Never hesitate to use this firm, they are simply The best. You will be happy you did!!!! A good experience overall, no matter who you were working with.

Zero stars from me. Working with them over the past year has been more difficult than anything else. They show no sense of urgency, rarely respond to emails or calls, and provide little to no communication. They have no problem neglecting their client's situation. Will not be using their firm again

Nicole and Jamie were very helpful and answered my many questions over the duration of my case against an insurance company. They were very helpful as was the other staff that helped like Stephanie (met with her initially). I know I talked to a couple others, but I don't remember their names. Thank y'all for all the help.

I had such a great experience with them from start to finish and appreciate the time and effort they spent to help me. Andreea and Anna (my attorney and legal assistant) were always just a phone call or email away and kept me looped in on each step of the process.
