So far my personal experience with this firm has been good. Sandra Toffar was very helpful, kind, and professional when doing my intake. We are very grateful for the service rendered during the course of the legal proceeding. This was my first experience with a legal proceeding like this. We did grow weary with all of the changing of dates and so we learned to have patience. We are very happy with the service that the staff provided. I received thorough explanations every time that target date was passed by. I was never treated as though I was a burden by anyone. I want to give special recognition to Marla for her tenacity in helping us recover additional funds after the original disbursement was issued. Medicare had made made a claim for funds that they were not eligible to receive. Marla followed up on our behalf and ultimately we received additional funds. This was a wonderful blessing, as we still have financial issues from my lymphoma and now we have large expenses accrued because of my pancreatic cancer which I was diagnosed with in August of 2024. I want to thank the entire staff again for their work in seeing my claim all the way through.
