I was involved in an auto accident that left me with no vehicle & in an ER. I've always trusted insurance companies to do the right thing, but the PIP wouldn't even scratch an ER bill. Then the next day, I found out the driver of the other car was not even the owner or on the insurance. A little scared & extremely disoriented from trauma, I knew I couldn't handle this without a professional. The adjusters were already asking questions that seemed condescending and leading me to believe they did NOT have my best interest in mind. I called Feltoon & they took over on my behalf.
