A Second Lifesaver -- A Separate Case, the Same Outstanding Help
This is a follow-up review for Baker Matthews Law Collective, specifically for Alex, regarding a completely different matter than the one I reviewed a few months ago -- and it deserves its own spotlight.
Back in 2023, I was in a car accident that passed through multiple law firms before partially resolving. I was told I could handle the remaining part of the case on my own. I tried, but it went nowhere. Finding an attorney to take on just the remaining half portion of a case was a nightmare -- no one wanted to pick it up mid-stream.
Eventually, I reached out to Daniel Stark's office. While they saw the value in my case, they couldn't take it because they hadn't handled the first part. Now, onto why I'm writing this second review.
This past June, while driving on I-35, I hit road debris that caused serious damage to my car. Since I only carried state-minimum liability insurance, my policy didn't cover it. I filed a claim with TxDOT, and the issue bounced around until it landed with the insurance company for the construction company doing the highway work.
