I felt very intimidated by Kelly and Kim. I had experienced that the level of anxiety I was already in from this decision for bankruptcy I was already overwhelmed. The added forms paperwork was a lot asked from me. I have a medical difficulty filling it out. I was not heard. I was not understood at all. I did let both know that I'd do the best I could and answer on separate paper what was needed. A long pause was then given to me by Kim & Kelly both said " well we still need that questionnaire " " hopefully the attorney will look at it" . I just can't imagine working with staff like this. I called to cancel and briefly explained why? Kelly said " may I ask why you're canceling " I replied, because Kim made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated with ALL the paperwork. Then Kelly proceeded to justify instead of saying oh I'm sorry that happened. So I guess there was no humanity there for my disability. Sometimes one needs to pay attention to those individuals that can't write out on your form, but can write separately on a piece of paper when they struggle. Just a heads up attorney people.
