I'd like to express my gratitude to the law firm of Jackson, Landrith & Kulesz for their assistance in obtaining my green card. Virginia, my attorney, was instrumental in guiding me through the marriage-based petition process, which was completed in a remarkably short period. Her professionalism and prompt responses to my questions and emails were truly impressive. I highly recommend Virginia and the law firm Jackson, landrith & kulesz, who needs similar services to them .

Anne Underwood was my attorney at Jackson, Landrith & Kulesz (JLK). She took care of probate for my late husband to make sure our home was in my name. She was very prompt at each step and even appeared in probate court with me. I'm very pleased with the entire process. So pleased that I plan to have my new will done at JLK. Thank you for all your help.

I will do my best to just state the facts. I leave it to you to make your own fair judgment on the time & cost VS product/services. SITUATION: In Oct 2024, I infomred my wife I wanted a divorce. We spent Oct-Dec peacefully dividing 95% of our assets. But became stalled on an agreeably cash value for her TRS (Teacher Retirement, pension). We agreed to each retain a lawyer and let then negotiate a fair cash value of the TRS Pension. Then they could finalize ALL our already agreed on divided items in a final divorce decree. We thought this to be a simple & quick solution... I reached out to several of my Buisness and Realestate attorneys and they all mentioned one name as the best in DFW area: "David Kulesz". I called to set up a consultation with Deavid and was told he had retired and was no longer taking cases. But a Brooke Wilson was avialable. Being that the assets were 95% divided and uncontested, I agreed to meet. On Feb 5, 2025 I attend a consultation with Brooke Wilson. I explained the simplicity of my situation. Brook explained the process should take an estimated 2-3 months and would cost about $5000. She appeared very confident and eager. so I agreed to retain her office, signed all the needed forms and advanced her office $5k to complete the task. On Feb 6 I emailed Brooke requesting her office to formally file the Divorce in Johnson county. On Feb 26 I emailed Brooke my offer to settle the disputed value of my wives TRS, with instructions for her to present this offer when she speaks with the opposing council, to set up a mediation date and time. Thus, 1 call accomplishing two objectives. On Feb 28 I recieved an email directing me that Brooke had spoke with opposing councel and both agreed mediation was needed. No reply/mention of my offer. On March 1 I recieve a request to complete a standard divorce inventory form. On March 5 I emailed Brooke the inventory form but with only the item being contested. On April 29 I email Brooke with my expectations of presenting offer(s) in hopes of settling without/before a mediation date. She replied requesting to prep the offer in the form of a divorce decree and send it to opposing councel VS a formal offer statment. I replied with agreeing to that request. On May 13 I email asking for an update? Received a reply that the offer was being drated. June ? Received a draft copy of thr offer....... June 18 I emailed Brooke a atorney/client termination letter. July 16 I revceived a refund chk estm for $100 On June 20 I called the courts clerk request information on my case and was informed that my divorce papers were filed but lacked a responce/reply from my wife. Thus she had not been legally served. During questioning my wife about this lack of responce, I was told opposing council claimed she never received any offers to settle. In short 4 months and some $5000, I terminated the partnership and walked away with only divorce papers being filed. Maybe I am wrong to be dissatisfied and this is common practice/timeline in the Divorce law......

Starting with our initial call - this office has been extremely professional, courteous and informative We worked with Anne Underwood who guided us through the process of our estate planning & will. Every person staff was great from reception to paralegal, as well as Betty and her associates that took us through the signing. I would highly recommend this office and is worth the time to travel to Arlington for their services. The cost was also very reasonable In appreciation, The Lewis,

Working with Virginia Jijon-Caamano was an absolute blessing. Thanks to her expertise, diligence, and caring guidance, my granddaughter received her U.S. citizenship just two days before her 18th birthday--a joyful milestone our family will treasure forever. Virginia was thorough, proactive, and consistently responsive. She explained every step in plain language, anticipated potential hurdles, and kept us on track with clear timelines and impeccably organized filings. Beyond her legal skill, she showed genuine compassion and treated our family's goal as if it were her own. If you're looking for an immigration attorney who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly invested in your success, look no further. We are deeply grateful and recommend Virginia without hesitation.
